As CEO and founder , he is the driving force behind this vision. With over eight years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing strategies, AI-powered process automation, and visual branding, Rubén has taken Melezagency from a freelance project to a brand with real impact across multiple sectors.
His approach combines creativity with technical expertise, and emotional intelligence with analytical skills. He has collaborated with national and international companies in sectors such as sports, hospitality, construction, education, healthcare, and technology, even holding marketing management roles in some of them. His vision is driven by a clear mindset: “ A strategy without execution is useless; and execution without strategy is equally useless.”
