RUBÉN MERINO GONZÁLEZ

With over 8 years in graphic design, digital marketing strategy and branding, Rubén has taken Melez Agency from a freelance project to a brand with real impact across multiple sectors. He has worked with national and international companies in sport, hospitality, construction, education, healthcare and technology, taking on marketing director roles in several of them.
His approach combines the creative with the technical, the emotional with the analytical: "A strategy without execution is worthless; and execution without strategy, equally so."
MARIO GALÁN MANZANO
Founding Partner · Creative Direction & Tech Director
Over 10 years in the industry, with large FMCG accounts behind him: content campaigns at scale, product photography, advertising video, brand character development and branding. That industrial standard is what he has brought to Melez.
Mario leads the creative work and all the machinery behind it. He builds the agency's production system — AI image and video generation, assisted art direction, web development, internal tools.
His role is to translate between what a client imagines and what can actually be built: "Technology doesn't replace judgement; it multiplies it."
